It all depends on your needs
The grounds are STUNNING! ! Romantic walks by the canal, attentive staff, and a heavenly spa experience made our stay enjoyable.
Inconsistencies in room service and noise from nearby events detracted from the overall serenity expected from such a venue.

The Lily Pond Room was stunning! I loved the freestanding bath and the tropical rainwater shower. Super comfy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room had a cozy vibe, and I really enjoyed the view of the lily pond. Just a heads up, shower pressure was a bit low, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker.

We had an awesome getaway with friends! The outdoor thermal spa was the perfect spot to unwind. We also loved exploring nearby attractions and indulging in the delicious food. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room on a higher floor.
During our stay, the service was a bit hit or miss. Some staff seemed unfamiliar with their roles, which caused minor delays in ordering drinks.

The location is magical with beautifully maintained grounds. Staff members were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, particularly enjoyable during breakfast. Our one-bedroom apartment was comfortable, with thoughtful touches making our stay cozy. However, the bathroom floor became wet after a shower, which could've been better designed. The room was a bit dark and lacked sufficient natural light. We also had noise issues. footsteps from the room above were quite loud at night. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was easy, and access to the café for lunch was convenient, though we wished there were more casual dining options available later in the day.
